Simply email us any time within 5 days after the event and we will send you a promo code for another event.
• We have the most comprehensive refund and transfer policy available. Speed dating events require an even ratio of men and women. Therefore, like our competitors, we must have a strict policy. We require 5 days notice of a planned absence in order to qualify for a full refund. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute. While we cannot refund you with less than 5 days notice, we would provide you with a code that could be used to attend another event as a replacement. In short, we never keep your money without providing you with an event.
